The responsibility of Mesnew Inc. as the booking agent and their representatives is very limited. Mesnew Inc. acts only as agents for the passengers in making arrangements for the airlines, trains, hotels, ships / river boats and buses or any other services in connection with tours and assumes no liability whatsoever for injury, damage, loss, accidents, and delays or irregularity which may occur or either by reason or defect, through the tour, or as a direct or indirect act of God and dangerous incidents in the air, sea, land, fire and breakdown of machinery or equipments, acts of government or other authorities de  jure or de facto, wars and weather declared or not hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines and medical or custom regulations of from any loss or damage resulting from improper passports and visas or other documents.

Mesnew Inc. and its affiliates will not be held liable or responsible for any person(s) missing any part of the program due to his or her negligence  or  absentees  for  any  time during the tour and will not be responsible for any additional honored after departures as well as no refunds will be given for any services rendered not utilized.

Payment: Deposits and payment for tours based on early booking rates or given dates must be  received in a timely manner based on the time set in the tour package.  The air / flights may be charged on credit cards or paid by check in most tour packages. There is a consumer charge for credit cards billed of 3-5% depending on the credit card policy.

Deposits / payments are non refundable as all of the tours are based on group participation and therefore rates could change for the remaining participants. Cancellation insurance is highly recommended.

Once payments are received and tour booking is confirmed, it is the responsibility of each participant to notify Mesnew Inc. of any health problems or situations that may have occurred to limit participation of the participant while touring, such as any injury that might cause the limitations for walking or touring each day. This will provides Mesnew Inc. with the necessary ability to make arrangements separate from the group if necessary.

Payments deadlines must be kept as arranged and final payment for groups is no less than 60 days prior to the tour or no more than 90 days prior for flights. The final payment deadline will depend on each tour and the destination and the inclusions such as cruise or train.

Since our group tours are based on group participation and rates reflect the savings, therefore rates change when members of the group cancel prior to the tours. This causes additional expenses for Mesnew Inc. We therefore again recommend cancellation insurance for any of the tours we promote or sell.

All tours are as stated and should any changes be necessary due to unforeseeable situations such as low water level on Nile, which could prevent a delay for the cruise or heavy rains preventing tours. We will do our best to arrange similar of like tours to replace the booked tour. Hotels and flight schedules may change should the need become necessary. We have the right to make the changes to like or similar.

Mesnew Inc. is not liable for lost or stolen luggage. We will make every effort to help reclaim the items however insurance coverage is considered the best option to cover this problem.

Please note that by joining the tours we offer, you are giving your acceptance of the terms as set forth in this communication. Once your deposit or payment is paid, it is accepted as your agreement to these terms and conditions.
